What a horror show! Going in on a Saturday I expected a wait but 45-50 minute wait after order was just ridiculous. After 50 minutes I cancelled my order at which I time I was informed that they had "forgotten" my order. They offered to make my food then but after 50 minutes I was done. What really pisses me off was was that the shift manager "Angel" couldn't be bothered to offer an apology for his staff forgetting my order, even after taking my card and refunding my money, he simply turned back to his little egg machine. Apparently making eggs is more important than your customers. I won't be back. Please tell Angel to take his head out of his ass, especially when it comes to customers and customer service.
