The reviews are absolutely correct-- this company is to be avoided at all costs. High pressure sales tactics, deceptive ads, poor professionalism, and an overall nightmare to deal with.
We hired this company, Desert Carpet, to clean our new condo and they baited and switched us. They will upsell, they will lie, they will pressure, they will do anything to get into your home and then refuse to leave until you agree to their terms, and then they will not deliver quality results. The $59 ad is a lie and upon arrival they attempted to charge my parents $350 instead. I wasn't present at the time but my parents were intimidated into accepting the price. I'm now here to warn others to avoid this company.
