Never again. They are prompt and were ready. Pick one color and you'll be in this chair when you're ready. They have small containers they carry their items for the pedicure/manicure in our case. They pulled out a smaller plastic container with manicure tools. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I saw that, mistake. After the mani/pedis, which we were drying at the manicure counter I saw one of the staff wipe off the tools she had just finished using on the woman I was with, dispose of the towels and walk right over to the newly arrived clients without even a trip back to pretend they were getting new tools. The name got my attention but it's reality is nasty.
