Pending a call back to see if I remove my review or not. Spent 9 days going back and fourth with them to get them the referral from my primary care only to be told that they will need to get approval for me to be seen because of my "no shows" and "canceled appointments". Would have been nice if someone had told me this up front.
The lady on the phone was no receptive to listening to my explanation about the fact that those existed was because of a scheduling error on their part and the fact that I was waiting in their waiting room for over 2 hours at my first appointment and had to leave.
My response was, if they cannot get me approved there are plenty of pain clinics in the immediate area to which she didn't seem to care and asked if I would prefer she not even ask if I can be approved. . .
We'll see!
