Wyndham hotels are usually very nice but this one was definitely one of the weaker ones we've visited. I usually am not overly critical of places but there were too many items to overlook. Upon entering the room, there was a smell of mold and dirty carpet. The room was in need of a remodel, the carpets were loose, wrinkly, and dirty, and the walls were scuffed. When I got in the shower I noticed the shower floor was dirty...well, it was from the carpet and the dirt had blackened the bottom of my feet which transferred to the shower. The beds were old and the pull out couch was sloped downward so you had to sleep facing the other way. We went to the business center to print out travel docs. The receptionist didn't have the password to log us on and her colleague said there wasn't one. Well, we figured it out because someone had wrote it on a scratch piece of paper. The printer was out of paper then it jammed. The best part of our stay was the breakfast that was included. The lady that was setting it all up was awesome and she was working very hard every day that we were there. Won't be going back to this location and I hope they can revive this place...at least replace the carpet!
