I have been to this location a couple of times, when I could not get to my regular Doctor within reasonable time. Usually there is no fuss, however today, I was the only one in the lobby, and the nurse practitioner was sitting in the back playing on her iPhone. I was taken back pretty quickly and the young man helped and took me to my room, where I glanced at the nurse. It took her 20 minutes to see me, and she just did a once over and diagnosed me with 3 things, but not getting an answer, then I said, I just got over an ear infection, and she looked and said, oh well that is it.... then 45 min to bring my RX back. 6 hours later, she called and was concerned of the meds I was already on, (Why did you not look at that when you were treating me) and wanted me to come back in ----- needless to say I declined and will wait 2 days to see my doctor- I never felt so un protected by a health official before. The staff were quick and polite, it was just the way I was treated or mis treated.... will not go back again-
