very bad management and poor customer service....did I say very poor customer service! please stay away from this store just go to another Victoria's Secret they will take care you're just fine at other locations ! avoid this location the manager -African-American guy ,his name is Preston, the rudest manager! I don't appreciate his attitude and I don't appreciate his bad customer service skills...just went to another location, I did received great customer service from another two locations,and they exceeded my expectations. Preston does hates his job he should not be working in this environment with women! i'm not feeling comfortable walking in in the store and selecting my underwear and my bra and the guy is walking around the store... i'm feeling more comfortable talking to girls, not feeling comfortable talking to Preston. he is the most rudest and the most unhelpful and the most disrespectful human being. I came home after this bad experience and cried, The way he treated me and the way he talked to me is not acceptable! I wish him a good luck in his career of his dreams, God bless you , Preston !
