You know those small, local and family operated businesses where you see the same tech year after year, and who always goes above and beyond like in days of old? They're needles in a haystack. AC Guys is such a needle!
I've had them out twice in as many years for routine maintenance and both times I was impressed with the thoroughness, kindness, and affordability ($70 for an annual maintenance check - are you kidding me?!).
Matt even checked out my neighbor's unit (I live in a condo building) when I mentioned the strange noises it was making, and he identified the issue and spoke with her about it!
Now if only I could find a contractor, plumber, and electrician who tick all the same boxes as AC Guys (no really, if anyone reading this knows, message me! ;-) ).
