Up until yesterday, I had never had any problems with this location. Yesterday, I went into this establishment with a friend of mine who is a disabled veteran with a service animal. I watched in horror and disbelief as he was REFUSED service because he would not share what his disability was/is with the manager on duty. She actually said "You don't look blind, so why do you need that animal?" Even after he presented the Service Animal ID for the animal, he was still refused service. Epic fail, Jack.
