Don't use this guy unless you do not drink at all anymore. He tells me his opinion is that he "thinks I'll probably do it again" and that the only way I'll ever get my license reinstatement is to "stop drinking". When finally getting a hold of him, he tried to start talking about child molesters, in which I cut him off. I have no idea how he figures that subject is somehow related to dui? He must actually think he's doing a great service? So, my advice if you still drink a beer or two on the weekends and have learned, as I have, not to ever drink and drive again....Lie to this guy and deny any drinking at all, or USE SOMEONE ELSE. He (of course) didn't tell me this opinion of his at the time, so I waited over 6 weeks to hear it in a form letter from the MVD. When attempting to contact him it was a run around to get to the bottom of "what's going on", as he called me by two different first names which neither are mine. Now I have to retain an attorney and go to an MVD hearing. More money, time, and frustration with this already intense process that he claims to help make as streamlined and cost efficient as possible. What a nightmare.
