The customer service by the manager, Chequira Harris, was very rude! The morning I was preparing to check out I needed to use the blow dryer in my room, however, it was sparking and spitting fire. When I called the front desk and requested for replacement, she informed me she would see what she could do. I asked for her name and she said 'front desk' with an attitude. I waited 15 minutes and didn't hear anything back but then I heard housekeeping in the hall. I asked her, Alberta, for a dryer but she didn't understand English and I showed her the dryer in my room, with sparks and fire spitting out and she immediately went for help. I called front desk again and asked for status and she was extremely curt and snapped, 'I'm on the line discussing it and you need to let me off this phone to get this resolved." No customer deserves to be spoken to with the attitude she had with me. All I had asked was a working blow dryer and all I received was disrespect!
