This place was assigned by our builder to handle warranty work on our new home.
First problem, they are difficult to reach because the business keeps changing its name (hmmm...) every few months.
Next problem, they deny that some of our HVAC problems exist at all, with one tech spending hours "diagnosing" (aka screwing around on his phone) our unit and coming back saying everything is fine. Crook even hid his temperature gauge from our view when it showed different temps in different rooms!
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because a supervisor did come out and try to help.
However, multiple problems were never solved or broke again after several multi-hour visits. I wouldn't waste my time with this business again if not required by the builder's warranty.
