As the many others have said this company is a scam. I called, was quoted $39 for two rooms. The tech arrived, over an hour late, no sorry for being late. The tech states well its $39 for a steam cleaning with no shampoo. He then says he will lie on his paperwork and give me a discount off of the normal $80 a room for shampoo. I told him do the steam cleaning for $39 and get out. The most unprofessional company I have ever used...bait and switch and unethical tactics. I will be filing a complaint with the State and the Better Business Bureau...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
