I am also new to the area and have been to 5 other nail salons before discovering this gem. The spa chairs are the most up-to-date I have seen and very comfortable. The ambiance of the spa is very relaxing and stylish but not pretentious. I like that I was able to make an online appointment and when I arrived April, the nail tech, greeted me and made me feel very welcome. She did an excellent job on my pedicure and was very gentle. Most places do not cut my toe nails properly, however April did a great job. The Arch can definately count on me as a returning customer!
