I stay at this Holiday Inn Express two to four times a year. It's nothing fancy, but it's always clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The vending machines have ample snacks, but make sure you have change for the machines. The best part is the free shuttle to Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Just reserve your space when you check in and they'll accommodate you. They will also pick you up at the airport, but you have to call them from the airport. Since it's free, it's worth the ten minute wait versus paying for a cab. One of my favorite hotels.
