First time doing a phone order to buy my fiancée some Prada boots posted on their Instagram, asked and was told by an employee upon pickup ("Mario" according to the receipt) that I had "10 days" to return if they didn't fit. Long story short, they didn't fit, took em back two days later, they looked at me like I was nuts and said no returns, no exceptions, even when I explained what I was told by the employee who took my order. Maybe have your employees know the policy and not lie to customers to get their money, Avalon. I'm out $81, but they're out a customer, and hopefully this review puts Mario out of a job.
