Quite frankly, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The store manager, Lewis was so rude to me and brushed me off when I just needed some assistance trying to find a new water heater. I will never shop at Lowe's ever again; I bought my water heater at Home Depot and they were more than happy to help me. If you don't want to deal with customers, perhaps you should find another profession!
