I'll start with the positive: Anna, the technician who ultimately finished my nails, was great. She's kind and thorough and doesn't speak another language behind your back. The men in there are polite enough to the customers, but don't seem polite to the women who work for them. It seems to be all about customer volume and not service. My friend and I were started, and then abandoned with plastic, lotion and heated mitts on for 30 minutes! (No exaggeration) When we finally got someone to help us, we BOTH had BURNS on our knuckles. Mine took two days to heal. I won't be going back.
