Unprofessional!!! I travel from Atlanta, Ga every two weeks to get my nails done here when I check on my home. I made my appointment as I usually do. One of the techs scraped my gel polish and applied the acetone. She only waited five minutes and started trying to scrape off the polish. It was painful so I told her she didn't wait long enough for the acetone to work. She then said the polish was too strong. I told her it was the same polish that I have been getting there for the past two years. She was trying to rush me for three walk ins. She told me to come back Monday. I explained to her that I live in Atlanta and that is why I always make an appointment. I can't come during the week because I am working. They obviously have stopped valuing committed clientele! Extremely disappointing and now I have to soak my nails at home and cancel my plans for the evening.
