Me and my son walked in to give blood today and was greeted by the nastiest lady at the front desk, Alma. First of all she was annoyed because she couldn't find my appointment that I had set online. She then asked me and my 14 year old son for our IDs. I said I have my ID but my son doesn't. She then nastily said "well then you can't give blood." I understand he need for IDs but I can do without the nasty attitude. Remember you ask for volunteers. Don't let bad people mess up a good organization.
