A pricey but tasty upscale bistro option inside the Aria. The service is appropriately snooty, but the food is pretty good. Mussels came out cold, but were excellent when they came back. The appetizers and even fries were very delicious. The beer menu isn't huge, but the French and Belgian themed list is good for what is there. The wine list is extensive as well. The meat options are excellently cooked and seasoned as you might expect. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny though.
