I came in around 1:30 on 2/10/15 and the Asian woman behind the counter was eating lunch and playing Candy Crush on her iPad, I stood there for several minutes before any sort of acknowledgement. I had been in several times before and in just 3 months had spent about $460 on 2 packages of hair extensions- the first started shedding the first day and in 2 weeks looked a year old. I went back after that and told them and the woman sold me another package of hair in a darker color (that was December 1) And 2 mos later they look a year old! The first time I came in with the bad hair I was told it was a "bad batch" the second time I was told that the hair was not for Caucasians- well I went on the recommendation of the woman that worked there. Long story short, I said I would buy another package but I think, since I had spent so much in such a short period, that I should be able to look at the weft before I buy it just to make sure it is not bad like the 2 other packages. At this point the Asian woman just walked away and another female cashier came over and told me that they cant show the weft because then if I don't buy it people will think it was used. I said I can't spend $280 and just gamble that the hair will be any good, I have spent a fortune on hair in several months and I think I should be able to see it. She was quite rude and declined my request to speak to a manager telling me he was at the other store and that I could drive into Las Vegas if I wanted to talk to him about looking at wefts or a discount because of all of this trouble with their products/ So I drove not to Las Vegas but down Eastern to CANYON FALLS, where they not only provided excellent customer service but let me look at the weft that I subsequently bought from them. I would avoid this store at all costs- they got my money twice but didn't care about keeping a customer. The hair they sell is not top quality and they do not stand behind their products if you have a problem.
