It's a rare person who can do a job where they are seeing people at their worst. We worked with Nadia on the cremation of my uncle which included transporting his remains out of state. She was thorough, kind, efficient and compassionate during every stage of the cremation. We appreciated having grief-support offered through several websites. I'd also like to recognize James who retrieved my uncle from hospice. His kindness and respect was a mercy to us.
Although we provided our own urn, La Paloma had an extensive selection and we would have been just as happy purchasing an urn from them.
Other reviewers have suggested that no one "wants" to use Funeral or Cremation services, but we were so happy to have had the support of La Paloma during this sad, sad time.
