This is a good place for a $3 wash if you have a black car in AZ and need to regularly take care of the perma-dust layer. I've gone here several times and decided to get the $10 wash last time. Like a previous person wrote in their review, the tire shine option on this wash, sprayed all over my car, which is black. It looked better before it went in. It was very noticeable and is relentless when I try and get it off. I mentioned it to an attendant when I was there and he sent me through again with the same wash, minus the tire shine. This was nice, however, the tire dressing is still on my car. I contacted them through feedback on the website, and had a response fairly quickly, where they offered to have me go back to the same location for another free wash. (they don't offer refunds)
This all sounds very nice an maybe deserves more stars, but I responded with, I have already gone through after the initial wash, and it didn't solve the problem. I'll give a better review if they offer a solution that actually solves the problem.
I received no response after that. At least offer to let me go to a location where you have attendant that do some hand washing or towel drying so this can be solved. Now I'm stuck having to hand wash my car in 110 heat or pay some other service to wash my car.
