Note: this review is subject to change. Brought my Kia in for A/C service. Car is at 50k - under warranty. I was quoted 900.00 to fix the A/C and replace the battery. The second option was a 600.00 fix if they ordered a part. They said the A/C was not under warranty because a rock hit it. Urmn. Ok. Sure. And of course, the A/C breaks now. The day before a 120 degree day in the Valley. Beautiful timing. I just got this vehicle a year or two ago. I almost feel like I bought a lemon at this point. I am off to get second opinions. If I am quoted similar prices for parts and labor, I will edit this. But, my mother had a bunch of issues with her Kia about four years ago. A bunch of issues with the dealership and repairs and expenses. She was so frustrated, she swore Kia off. Said she would never buy another. Was disappointed that I would even consider getting a Kia after what she had been through. And now. Well. Here I am. Experiencing first hand - the delights of being a Kia owner.
