Dr. Anne O'Neill is a great surgeon. My experience with her directly as a dr. And surgeon has been nothing short of great. And Leyda is wonderful too! Leyda follows up with all the after care surgeries and is quick to respond to any concerns you have.
She does seem to have some issues with her staff. They aren't as knowledgeable as they should be. Granted Insurance's are a PAIN to work with and these staff members are dealing with a lot of different situations, they could work on customer service.
But ultimately you are here for the Dr! And if you want the best care and someone who knows their profession very very well, I highly recommend her. Her skills as a surgeon are amazing and I am very impressed with her.
