Paid almost $3000 cash for a root canal and crown. The crown didnt even last 3 years before it completely came off. Crowns should last a minimum of five years. This crown did not break or chip it just completely came off due to shitty dental work. Called to ask what their policy is and was told that because I didn't pay for a warranty ( which by the way was never offered) that I would have to pay full price for it to be fixed.
