Do not use the services of Easy Flow Plumbing or L & S Air Conditioning Services - owned by the same people - under any circumstances!
Tell your home warranty not to send them out! They will continue to charge you for any move they make!

I used their services through the home warranty and paid out thousands of dollars now out of my pocket, because I didn't have the first class upgrade with my contract (that I do have now). They will buy the cheapest supplies possible even if you have a first class upgrade.
Shameful! It it is all about the money! They act like they are doing a big favor that they do a job - that you actually paying for the service fee and the premium you pay to the home warranty company! These people will empty your bank account.
I am so mad at Easy Flow Plumbing, you cannot even imagine!
