This location is severely understaffed. I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes with 10 other people and there is only one person behind the desk and another guy running around helping people. It's the weekend, you should probably have more people working as this is when most people move! Opening at 9 is also not great for anyone's schedules... everyone here was waiting outside before the doors opened. Horrible customer experience, as if moving wasn't bad enough.
