First off, how could one go wrong with Ice Cream! Well it start with service, they lost my order once it was placed so a dozen people had their ice creams made before mine rolled out. Once alerted the staff made no effort to apologize, compensate or anything for the delay.
Then 25 minutes after ordering came their special concoction they called ice cream. Either they attempted to make up for the delay by substituting cheap oreos and mediocre chocolate sauce for real tasty ice cream or that was just their idea of a desert mix.
Living in the neighborhood I believe this place will stay in business due to the mall crowd. Otherwise I warn regulars to the area to save their $8 for a better product than a sub par experience and ice cream
