We knew we had problems but hoped to get by with the "quiet door" service. Thankfully we called A1 and they sent out Isaac. What a professional this gentleman is ! ! He diagnosed the real problem, or I should say, problems. Fortunately Isaac was honest and told us since the problems were interrelated he could fix each problem as he rebuilt our door and bundle the price. Isaac was fully prepared with tools and parts and he needed all of them. Turned out our previous door company could not install one of the bearings.....so they just left it out ! ! Isaac was able to do the necessary "body work" to get the door to accept the new bearing. Honestly, Isaac turned a rotten situation into a fabulous repair job that insures us access to our garage for many years to come. We didn't want to rebuild the whole door system but we feel grateful for the talented technician A1 Garage Door Repair sent us and the job he completed.
