This is probably my go to ramen place. I've tried other places before but I'm not a big fan of the massive pile of bean sprouts they usually add.
I was so relieved that this place doesn't do that. If ever it's mostly just broth, noodles, egg, and chashu with a tiny amount of veggies. The broth is so flavorful and they don't hold back when it comes to the slices of chashu.
Even though this place is fairly small it is a great place to eat ramen. It is my go to. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.
