#1 - Red headed barista does not greet. #2 - Does not repeat order back. #3 - Does not close the purchase: "thank you" or "have a good day"... Just stands there waiting for me to move. #4 - Before I reached Barista she held a long conversation with a Starbucks employee (I'm assuming she was on her break) while ordering a drink, they were joking and just ignoring there was someone waiting to be serviced. #5 -Overall - Really bad customer service. This was my first really bad Starbucks experience. I've always been treated really nice, and I've been a customer for over 5 years. Marks & Sunset (Henderson, NV) highly recommend it as well as Eastern & 215 (Henderson, NV).
