Big shout out to Vinu @ Enterprise Calgary International Airport. I called in to assist my cousin for whom it was first time picking up a rental car in North America. It seemed Vinu had already taken good care of them on everything from car selection to the right add-ons without overselling anything. Additionally, Vinu helped them get a better (upgrade) car for the same price and that too during peak holiday season. Lastly, Vinu also dropped my cousin and his family all the way to the car, ensured that the luggage was on board and they drove safely out of the airport. He was very courteous and very quick too.
