Called this morning due to a severe bug problem. No call back. Called again (only because no other pest control has humans to talk to!). Spoke with a guy for an hour, he got me set up on a service call for tomorrow, called me back at 5:00 saying he cancelled the order and I needed to go somewhere else. Seriously! With his vast two months worth of experience, and consulting his Supervisor, who knew exactly what needed to be done, this was the best they could do, no referral, no help, nothing.
