Went to check on a promotion and find out more about a Buick...I had received a coupon to receive a $50 gift card to test drive a vehicle. The salesman asked about negative equity in my current vehicle and then appeared non interested in continuing a conversation. I told him I wanted to test drive a Regal and was told to come back when I was "more serious" about purchasing a car and dismissed me without a test drive or providing me with any further information on the vehicle. I am a previous customer of Earnhardt Buick and I will absolutely not return. I have driven nothing but GM vehicles my entire adult life. This has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be writing corporate Buick regarding my poor experience at Earnhardt Buick.
