My husband and I use Key to manage two of our homes in Las Vegas. I'm surprised at these negative reviews because we've always had a great experience. They always return our calls and emails and Brian is quick to address my concerns. My guess is that it's probably hard to keep everyone happy when you're the landlord!
We've had several tenants that applied through Key and then were moved in. They do thorough background checks on their tenants and we haven't had any problems with renters. We have small kids and not a ton of time to focus on these so it's a relief to have someone we trust making sure everything is in good order and that the rent is collected on time. They have procedures for move-ins and move-outs so the homes always look great when they're vacant. We definitely recommend them!
