Wow, I am still in shock over how this company can stay in business. I went to look at an apartment today and the movers were there moving another resident. Sadly their truck was illegally parked right in the only spot for perspective buyers. I was able to park but the mover, who looked like someone they took right out of prison, started banging on my car window and initiated an argument with me because my parking spot was blocking his way into moving furniture. The mover than cursed at me and told me to park somewhere else which was an illegal zed zone parking and handicap. The guy also was high on something. He then started a fight with me as I walked into the office and wanted to know why I did not illegally park in the red zone or in the handicap spot. I was appalled. When I called to complain that the mover banged on my car and threatened me under his breath the person who was answering the phone was the most unprofessional, ridiculous person I have ever spoken to before. He became agitated during the conversation. He hung up on me after cursing at me, calling me "Hey lady I have real customers here." ( Little does he know I am in the market for a moving company) and being wholly unprofessional. Wow, unbelievable. I would never ask anyone to ever use these services and they should all be in another line of work. I later found out it was the actual owner who was answering the phone. REALLY? Zero stars from me and a wonderment they are allowed to still be in business. I heard they reopened under another name after ripping off tons of people under another name. I do not understand how this is allowed. If I was a business owner and my employee was guilty of a crime I most certainly would want to know and not yell and hang up on a person calling to have a conversation instead of making it a whole blown legal matter.
