If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered our furniture five weeks ago. The first woman I called said only some of my order was in. My second call was the same. Third call the man said none of my order was in so the first two calls someone was lying. I called on Friday and the woman said someone in the office has called me twice. They scheduled me for a Monday delivery between 10 and 2. I called Monday and the lady said she has called me several times today. I asked her what she had for my phone number because I haven't received any calls from Big's. They didn't take down my phone number when I placed my order. They've called me several times, but the truth was they didn't even have my phone number,Liar Liar. After I went ballistic on the phone she said she could have it here tomorrow between 1 and 6. I told her if it wasn't here by tomorrow I would come down and cancel my order. This is absolutely ridiculous and this stores employees have continually lied to me. I will never buy anything from Big's again because they have continually died to me time after time. I can not recommend them to anyone because they don't know how to tell the truth.
