I reserved my car online a couple of weeks before my trip. The shuttle ride from the airport to the car rental place was fine. I wound up standing in line for 20 minutes and there were only 2 people ahead of me (one at the counter and one in line). There was one lady working the counter and she wasn't pleasant. Granted the guy at the counter was making the process flow slowly but when you are in customer service you have keep your cool and make the next customer feel welcomed. Aside from that the rental process was cool.
