Having been a customer for 2 years now, I have experienced mediocre to poor level of service. Embellishments were lost from a designer dress and holes put into my silk clothing. All were promised to be compensated for but have been impossible to actually receive compensation from management. I've just been ignored. Beware, this company does not honor their word or offer any remnant of good customer service. Taking my drycleaning and alterations business elsewhere.
