Let me begin by saying in general I really like orange theory and have had a great experience at other studios but I had a horrible experience with downtown. I invited a friend to come with me for her free first class and she had some trouble finding it but we were still there 10 minutes early. I figured this was fine because it was about the amount of time it took me when I signed up initially and also when I had taken another friend to sign up to sign all their waivers. But this time when we arrived the woman at the front desk, with an unnecessary amount of attitude, refused to let her in even after we explained she had trouble finding the location and asked if she could sign any waivers beforehand quickly. The front desk woman in no way tried to accommodate her or make her first impression of orange theory a positive one. I have checked with multiple people from other studios and they stated new people they have brought only took about 5 minutes to sign up and/or could fill out the additional paperwork after the class. I felt so awful after raving to my friend about how great orange theory was when her first impression was so terrible and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this studio.
