Not thrilled with my experience here. Had a rental because my daily-driver was in an accident and this is what the insurance company provided me. Scheduling was easy, but getting the car took a long time, over 30 minutes. Only 1 person working the counter and a long line. Finally got the vehicle with a lovely 30,000 miles on it and it showed. After driving it a few days, I noticed that it pulled hard to the left at freeway speeds, and had a horrible metallic rattle from underneath. Took the car back and they gave me another one with no questions asked. However while doing the walk-around with the new vehicle, it was also emitting strange noises (and had 39,000 miles). The guy pointed out the noise and proceed to find me a different car. The third car was OK, only had about 15,000 miles on it. I had this one for the remainder of my rental. I returned the car to a different branch so I don't have feedback on that process. All cars had a quick wash, but I still found trash from previous renters inside. A few days later I get a telephone survey asking my opinion. I rate it accordingly to what I posted here and I was told that I would get a call from a manager in a few days. I did get a call, but I was busy at the time so I asked them to call back the next day. They said no problem...and I'm yet to hear back. So in Short Quality of Cars: High Mileage, beat to crap Customer Service at Pickup: Slow Customer service for swapping out the car: OK Followup customer service: Nada
