Giving the place three stars because of the location and all the awesome friends I've made within the complex lounging by the pool.
It's astounding how moronic the women who work in the office are. They have no idea what their doing.. One time I felt rushed away from the desk because one of the receptionist was receiving a personal call from her cell phone. They'll call you mid day while you're at work to inquire whether you can move your vehicle, which might I add that parking is atrocious.
The maintenance workers are poor at their jobs too as they leave brush around the complex after hacking the trees. It takes several requests for them to tend to pressing issues in your apartment such as broken air conditioning, a clogged shower drain, and the leak in our roof, which they still haven't bothered with. We also specifically note in our request that we want one of us in the apartment when they come by but they come whenever they like regardless. Overall the apartment looks nice upon entering but you gradually notice how cheap the the appliances are, etc.
PS: they're not nearly as dog friendly as they claim. They rule out essentially every large dog breed. They found out I occasionally nannied a dog so they fined me 300 dollars then made me pay a non-refundable 500 dollars. Typically half is refunded but apparently not in my case. Casual $800 bomb!
