The only nice thing I can say is that eventually I got a nice, apologetic driver.
I needed a ride from a grocery store to a nearby condominium complex.
I called Ace at 1:07 pm in the afternoon and was quoted 10-30 minutes. I was told a driver would call me when en route. (When pushed, the dispatcher told me it was usually a 15-30 minute wait in this area.) I was roughly 12-14 minutes east of the Last Vegas strip.
25 minutes later I had not received a call... I called again and was told that no driver was yet assigned. I was finally picked up just after 2pm. A 55 minute wait. Completely unacceptable.
