Customer Service at its best! I was greeted with a big warm welcome from Heidi as the store opened and ten customers poured in. Everyone was immediately met with a Service Representative. I had an unusual request on an account and was introduced to Heidi, the Store Manager, who happened to be the one who met us at the door. She took all of my information and promised to get back to me when she had a solution to my problem. Sure enough, we reconnected and she was creative in finding a solution. I love when Big Corporations have employees with a heart like Heidi. It gives me faith in the world.
