Today was our first visit and both, my husband and I are beyond pleased with the care that our pup received! He's a deaf puppy and is very anxious. We brought him in for a nasty ear infection. Dr. K and the tech were wonderful!!! They were very calm and compassionate with him. They didn't jump into a muzzle or meds, but tried to work with our dog by building his trust. They were able to do what they had to do to get him feeling better without drastic measures! They were so patient and kind! We didn't feel rushed even though the waiting room had pets waiting to be seen. Cost was very reasonable and we will definitely be back! The staff was warm and friendly and the facility was very clean! Very pleased with our visit!
