Neutral Review. I Tried calling a week before but didn't get answer I went here based on good reviews and their sign that they buy jewelry. I Was a little confused when I stopped in. A older gentleman was there and he seemed to be more about appraisals extremely knowledgeable but "NOT A JEWELRY BUYER". I thought they purchased jewelry but didn't seem like it. Maybe I need a appointment but not really sure. They seemed to have a abundant amount of testing equipment probably a great place to get a appraisal or information just not a place to sell jewelry to at least not like the other shops I went to. Left a little confused but no hard feelings. Just would suggest that they clarify what they do so that I didn't waste a trip over their and climb all those stairs. probably deserve 5 stars for appraisal the man really seemed to know what he was doing and very nice but I was there to sell jewelry so just left a neutral review more to inform people like myself.
