The WORST ambulance company in the business!!!
Ive spoken to them several times over the past few months and even talked to their representatives along with a person from my Insurance company on the same phone call (twice), my Insurance company representative has also called them twice to settle this claim (which was paid in full), I've also sent in a letter along with my "Explanation of Benefits" (as they requested) showing that my claim was paid in full, but they have not reached out to me or cleared this "small" balance off my account.
My next step is to contact the better business bureau, my insurance company as well as our local news station (their investigative team) and file complaints! HORRIBLE company to deal with! USE MEDIC WEST
