Always efficient. I had a bad oil leak in my Volvo. Went to the Volvo dealership and paid for a diagnostic. They wanted to charge me $1100 to replace my oil pan. I called Speedee, since they regularly change my oil. The manager, Adam, asked me to bring my car in. They replaced my drain plug, free of charge, which 100% fixed the leak. The owner, Sanjay, also credited me one oil change for my inconvenience. All of this was done in a very timely manner. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.
